Now let's wake it up.
The download is in your Downloads folder. Three short steps and your menu bar starts devolving.
Drag it into Applications
Open the disk image and drag Cavemode onto the Applications folder. 4 MB, notarised, universal binary — no installer, no agent, no extra permissions.
Launch it once
Open Cavemode from Spotlight. A character moves into your menu bar and stays there — click it any time for the full popover.
Connect an account
Open the app and say yes when it asks to look — it lists every sign-in it found (Claude Code, Codex and Gemini all count), you untick what you don't want, and one click connects the rest. Using a different provider? Pick it under "Something else". Credentials go straight into your macOS Keychain; there are no servers.
If something looks wrong
Nothing here needs a payment, a license key, or an account with us. If a step stalls, the support page has the fixes — and if it is just plain bad, tell us.
